Pastor Bill began serving as the Lead Pastor of Allen Memorial in 1984. Since 1987, he has recorded “A Thought for Today” on radio and/or television.  Some of the thoughts formed the content of his book entitled, JAM: Sweets for the Soul. Pastor Bill is passionate about making disciples, meeting with the Lord each day in prayer and Bible reading, and ministering to poor and persecuted Christians in Pakistan and India through his ministry, “Defend & Rescue.” Bill and his wife, Deborah, have two grown children—Christopher and Elisabeth.  Both of them are married with children.  Those grandchildren are Emily, Olivia, Quinn, and Jackson. Pastor Bill is a native of Pensacola, Florida, and a loyal fan of the Florida Gators and the Washington Commanders.
